Delete some of your data — Archie (Vista One Travels)

You can delete specific pieces of your data at any time, directly in the Archie app, without deleting your whole account. Sign in, then:

Delete a whole trip

Open the trip from your Trips list → the "···" menu → Delete trip. This removes that trip and everything tied to it — expenses, must-dos, flights, car rentals, visited places, and Ask conversation history for that trip.

Delete a single item within a trip

• Expenses — swipe or tap an expense in the Expenses tab, then Delete.
• Must-dos — remove a pick from your must-do list at any time.
• Flights, car rentals — edit the trip's Lockbox and remove any entry.
• Place notes — delete a note from any place's detail page.
• Ask conversation history — clear a trip's Ask history from that trip's settings.

Deleted items are removed from our systems directly — there's no separate retention period for these, unlike full account deletion (see below), which keeps a 14-day cancellable window before permanent removal.

Delete your whole account instead

If you'd rather delete everything — your account and all trips — use our web-based account deletion page instead, which doesn't require the app installed.
